We’ve had the incredible pleasure to co-produce the spine-tingling horror film, “All You Need Is Death,” directed by our friend, the talented Paul Duane. This chilling masterpiece has also been acquired by the renowned XYZ Films.

We’ve not only been a part of this eerie tale from the beginning but have also dedicated our time and expertise to post-production. From mind-bending VFX to the meticulous art of colour grading, our team led by our very own Nick Franco, the Head Colorist, along with Simon Wilkinson, made sure to deliver an unforgettable cinematic experience.

It features Simone Collins, Charlie Maher, Nigel O’Neill and Catherine Siggins, as well as cameos by the iconic Olwen Fouéré (Texas Chainsaw Massacre, The Northman) & Barry Gleeson (the brother of Oscar-nominee Brendan Gleeson in his first film role).

Out of this collaboration came forth another: Witchman Films is a new production company set up by Paul Duane and 1185 Films to make genre films in Ireland & the UK.

In 2023, audiences are fragmenting worldwide – there’s no such thing as a sure thing anymore. We feel that strong, original and surprising genre films, made with ambition and skill, will never go out of fashion however. While big-budget middle-of-the-road dramas crash and burn without finding an audience, smaller, more niche films are finding success via the multitude of streaming platforms and the online word-of-mouth that passes through the genre film community.
