D&AD (Presidents’ Lectures and Black pencil judging)
We worked with the prestigious Design and Art Direction (D&AD) to enhance the audiovisual element of their successful President’s Lectures programme.
This involved creating a package to entice investors and sponsors in supporting the events during the Black Pencil Awards judging week.
First we created a 3D mockup of the event space and secured the screens. We then filmed the three key lectures in their entirety and provided cutdown teasers for the talks, enticing people to attend. After which we edited the full lectures into short films that summarised each talk.
We were able to secure sponsorship for the event and deliver a full multi-camera filming package for the lectures and film the black pencil judging films. the films below are part of this package
Filming a live event like this can provide the opportunity for audience members to network with like-minded peers, reinforcing what they have learned at the event. A well executed film with edited highlights can also provide the audience with an entertaining overview of the event, without diminishing the requirement to attend it.
